All payments made towards MangalFera for any membership plans are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, no refund will be issued, including early cancellation, inactivity, or dissatisfaction with matches.

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment made but service not activated within 48 hours
