1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made towards MangalFera membership plans or premium services are non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including early cancellation, inactivity, or dissatisfaction with matches.

2. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment made but service not activated within 48 hours
• Unauthorized transaction reported and verified by Payment Gateway and MangalFera
